Materials/Ingredients

1.     -1/2 cup traditional rolled oats

-2 ripe bananas

-1/2 cup frozen blueberries

-2 tsp LSA (mix of ground linseed, sunflower seeds and almonds )

-1 cup reduced-fat milk

-1 cup reduced-fat plain Greek-style yoghurt

-2 tsp honey

2.     -1 frozen banana

-3 tbsp almond butter

-1/2 cup Greek yogurt, plain

-1 scoop whey protein powder

-1 tbsp hemp seeds

-1/2 cup coconut water

3.     -2 green apples

-1 cucumber

-2 celery sticks

-1 lemon

-Handful parsley

-1 cup (235 ml) coconut water

How to make it

1.     -Blend oats, banana, blueberries, LSA, milk, yoghurt and honey together until smooth.

-Pour into chilled glasses.

-Serve!

2.     -Mix all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth.

-Serve and enjoy.

3.     -Wash all the ingredients well.

-Chop ingredients and blend in a high powered blender until smooth.

-Serve and enjoy.

Materials/Ingredients

1.     -2 cups all purpose flour

-1/4 cup granulated sugar

-4 tsp baking powder

-1/4 tsp baking soda

-1/2 tsp salt

-1 1/2 cups milk

-1/4 cup butter , melted

-2 tsp pure vanilla extract

-1 large egg

2.     -4 large eggs

-1/2 cup whole milk

-1 tsp vanilla extract

-1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon pinch of salt

-8 slices Brioche bread

-unsalted butter

-maple syrup, powdered sugar and berries for serving

3.     -1 cup rolled oats

-2 cups almond milk

-1 medium mashed banana

-1/4 cup chopped pecans, walnuts or any other nuts of your choice

-1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

-1 cup blueberries

-1 tbsp maple syrup

How to make it

1.     -Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.

-Add milk, butter, vanilla, and egg. Whisk until smooth (some lumps are fine).

-Let batter rest while heating a greased pan over medium heat.

-Pour 1/4 cup batter per pancake. Cook until bubbles form, then flip.

-Serve with syrup, fruit, or ice cream!

2.     -Whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, half the cinnamon, and salt in a shallow dish.

-Dip bread slices in the mixture. Add remaining cinnamon halfway through.

-Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Cook bread 2-3 min per side until golden.

-Serve warm with syrup, sugar, and berries. Enjoy.

3.     -Place 1 cup rolled oats and 2 cups liquid into a medium pot.

-Bring to a boil over high heat while continuously stirring.

-Then, reduce heat to low and continue to stir for around 3-5 minutes, or until oats have thickened.

-Transfer to serving bowls, add maple syrup, sprinkle with cinnamon, top with bananas and nuts and enjoy.

Materials/Ingredients

1.     4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed

1 tbsp olive oil

1/2 cup soy sauce

1/2 cup water

3 tbsp light brown sugar

2 tbsp rice vinegar

1/2 tsp sesame oil

1 tsp ground ginger

2 tsp minced garlic

2 tbsp honey

3 tsp cornstarch

rice for serving

steamed broccoli for serving

sesame seeds and chopped green onion, for garnish

2.     8 flour or corn tortillas

8 ounces of shredded mozzarella cheese

1/3 lb pepperoni

1 16-ounce jar of pizza sauce

Optional: 1 6-ounce can of sliced black olives, 1 cup of sliced cremini mushrooms

3.     250g dry pasta (spaghetti or linguine) (1/2 a box)

2 tsps olive oil

2 cloves garlic, pressed or finely minced

4 slices bacon, chopped

3 eggs

salt and pepper to taste

3 tbsps heavy cream

1/3 cup shredded parmesan

Fresh parsley, pepper, and extra shaved parmesan for garnish

How to make it

1.     -Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until browned and no longer pink.

-In a bowl, whisk soy sauce, water, honey, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and cornstarch.

-Pour sauce over the chicken, stirring until thickened.

-Serve over rice with broccoli. Garnish with sesame seeds & green onion. Enjoy.

2.     -Fry pepperoni until crisp, then drain on paper towels.

-Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce on each tortilla.

-Layer cheese, pepperoni, and optional toppings on one tortilla. Add more cheese and top with another tortilla (sauce side in).

-Cook in a skillet over medium heat for 3-5 minutes per side until crispy.

-Slice and serve with pizza sauce for dipping. Enjoy.

3.     -Cook pasta as directed, reserving ½ cup pasta water.

-Sauté garlic in olive oil, add bacon, and cook until crisp.

-Whisk eggs, salt, pepper, cream, and parmesan in a bowl.

-Toss hot pasta with bacon mixture, adding reserved pasta water.

Materials/Ingredients

1.     1 cup chocolate chips

1/2 cup heavy whipping cream, for melting chocolate chips

2/3 cup chilled heavy whipping cream, for whipping

1 tbsp powdered sugar

1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract

2.     1/4 cup (60ml) cold water or milk

1 1/4 tsps (4g) unflavored powdered gelatin

2 cups (480 ml) heavy cream

1/4 cup (50g) granulated sugar

1 tsp pure vanilla extract or 1 vanilla bean, scraped and seeded

fresh fruit to serve

3.     3 ripe bananas

1 tbsp sweetened condensed milk

2 tsp matcha

How to make it

1.     -Melt chocolate chips with ½ cup cream until smooth. Let cool.

-Whip ⅔ cup chilled cream with sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.

-Gently fold whipped cream into cooled chocolate.

-Divide into dishes and chill for 2+ hours. Serve and enjoy.

2.     -Sprinkle gelatin over water and let sit for 5-10 minutes.

-Heat cream, sugar, and vanilla until sugar dissolves.

-Remove from heat.

-Stir in gelatin until fully dissolved.

-Pour into serving dishes and chill for 2-4 hours until set.

-Top with fresh fruit and enjoy.

3.     -Slice bananas into little small pieces.

-Freeze sliced banana pieces for at least 3 hours or overnight.

-Using a food processor, blend frozen bananas until it looks like mashed potatoes.

-Add matcha and sweetened condensed milk and blend until it looks like soft serve ice cream.
